Park & Rec help

How each screen works, step by step. On any screen, the ? at the bottom corner opens that screen’s guide, and the ? beside a setting says what it does.

Start here

The whole job, in order, for whoever you are.

  • Start here: running Park & Rec
For whoever runs a league: from a new club to a season of teams, a published schedule, practices, scores and a table.
  • Start here: coaching
For coaches: joining the club, a session or practice from arriving to handing over, and talking to families.
  • Start here: for parents
From the link your club sent to a booked session or a place on a team, plus adding the other parent and your teenager.

  • Describe your season — we’ll set it up

  • Teams
See the club's seasons and make a new one, empty or copied from an earlier season.
  • Season
Set up one season: its gym time, games, sign-up dates, divisions and teams, and write to its families.

  • Coaches
Decide what the sign-up form asks, what coaches need on file, and gather every coach's offers, can'ts and wishes.
  • Draft

  • Fees
Set the season's fee in instalments, record payments at the desk, give help with fees, and refund.
  • Suggest practices
Put each team's weekly practices on from a suggested list, inside the season's practice times, with no league needed.
  • Sign-ups

Set the volunteer hours each child owes, add the season's jobs, and mark each one done or missed afterwards.
  • Team
See one team's roster and staff, give shirt numbers, put practices on, and write to its families.
  • Practices
Open one practice to move it, change its court or coach, or call it off and tell its families.

  • Game page
One game's page: the league score, who is refereeing, and the lineup of everybody booked on the game.
  • Competitions

  • The league page
Run one league from start to finish: its teams and divisions, every game, scores and forfeits, the table and the playoffs.

  • Schedule requests
Tell the league the dates and nights your teams can't play, and what you would like, before the deadline.
  • Season schedule

  • Compliance

Print a card for each player on the team for the referee's table, with a code that shows the card as it stands today.
  • Official roster
The team's official roster to print or save as a PDF and send to the governing body.
