Team

1. Check the Roster and the staff under the team's name.
2. Give shirt numbers beside each player and press Save number.
3. Under Add practices, choose the court, the first date and time, and Repeat. Press Add practices.
4. Write to every family with Write to the team, or to one with Write to one player.

Everybody who has accepted a place, by shirt number. A guest player is marked. A number a family asked for at sign-up shows beside the child until the team gives one.

The team's own staff, or whoever handles rosters, gives the numbers with Save number.

Only when the season lets a team's coaches see them, and only to this team's coaches or whoever runs rosters. Each player's parent or guardian, with a phone and email.

No email is shown for a family that asked not to be contacted electronically.

A Subject and a Message, then Send to the team. Every family on the team gets it in their own conversation with the club, the parent who owns the account always included.

Replies come back to the club, never to other families. There are no group chats.

A family that asked not to be contacted electronically is left out, and you are told who. A coach needs a current background check on file to write to families at all.

Write to one player goes to the player and their parents together, and every message is kept. It is the safe way for a coach and a player to talk. A player 13 or older can have their own sign-in, added by a parent.

The next practices, each with how many are booked and who said they are coming. Families answer on their child's Teams page. Open beside one moves it, changes its coach or calls it off.

Add practices puts more on: the Court, the First practice and Start time, the length, and whether to repeat every week.

Every week on that day runs to the end of the season unless you give an Until date. Just this once adds one.

Everybody on the roster is booked on every practice. Anybody who joins later is booked on the ones still to come. Families are told once.

Only staff who run the club's schedule can add practices. For a whole season at once, use Suggest practices on the season page.

The leagues the team is entered in, each linking to its public page. Under League games is each game, with its score once played and a Game page for its lineup and score.
