Add your child
Put your child on the club: take the record the club already made, bring a child from another club, or add a new one.
Do this
- Open the club's link and sign in, with the email the club has for you if it has one.
- A record waiting? Type your child's Date of birth and press This is my child.
- Your child at another club already? Press the button that names them, to bring them here.
- Otherwise fill in their name, Date of birth and Grade, tick the consent box, and press Add child.
The record is yours
Your child's record belongs to your family, not to the club. If you move clubs, it goes with you.
Each club you join sees only what you enrol your child in.
A record waiting for you
If the club added your child before you arrived, a card says it has a record waiting. It is already on the schedule, with whatever the coaches have recorded.
Confirm the Date of birth, tick the consent box, and press This is my child. The record becomes yours.
If you came from the booking page, you are taken straight back to it with a message that the record is yours. Otherwise the message appears here, with a button to see what is on.
It is offered only when you sign in with the email the club gave for you. Knowing the date of birth is what proves the child is yours.
If you already had your own record of the same child, you are offered Join the club’s record to my own. Everything moves onto your record, so there is one child, not two.
A child from another club
Under Already with another club?, each child of yours who is with another club is listed, with a button to bring them here. Their level, skills and history come too.
Nothing is copied: it is the same record, and you can see it from either club. Only the parent who holds the record is offered this.
Or add a new child
Their first and last name, and Date of birth: it decides which sessions fit. Grade is optional.
Tick I am this child’s parent or legal guardian: it is required. The box below it is optional: tick it if coaches may attach a photo or short video to a skill note.
Press Add child.
Then sign up
When the club runs seasons, sign your child up from their Teams page. Open it from Your family: press your child's name, then Teams.
Common questions
Can I end up with two records of my child?
Yes, if you skip a waiting record and type your child in again. The second has none of the coaches' notes. Take the record waiting for you, or bring the one you have.
Why a date of birth and not an age?
The date of birth decides which sessions and groups fit. No age is stored, because an age changes every year.
Can I take the photo consent back?
Yes. Open Who can see this from your child's card. Any parent on the record can take it back.
