Your club's front page
Where you land: signed out, the way in; signed in, the club's front page, asking which part of the club you are working on.
Do this
- Signed out? Press Get started to sign in.
- Signed in, press the name of the part of the club you are working on today.
- On the staff of two clubs? Pick one under Working in and press Switch club.
- Give families Your share link. It opens the club's public page.
Before you sign in
Signed out, this page says what the app does.
Get started takes you to sign in. How it works opens this help.
A parent does not start here. Open the link your club sent you, and sign in from there.
Where signing in takes you
Sign in with nothing else to open and you land on your own screen. Staff open this page, or go straight into their part of the club when it runs only one. A parent opens their family page.
Signed in from a link your club sent you, you come back to that link instead. The same holds for the email that confirms a new account.
A coach who works in one part only opens on that part's own first screen: Today for sessions.
If you also run tournaments, signing in opens those first. The product cards on the front page take you to the club.
Somebody who has never opened a club page with this account is not known to the club yet, so a plain sign-in does not find it. Open the link or invitation the club sent, once, and every sign-in after that opens the club.
What are you working on?
A club that runs two parts shows one card for each. Press the name on a card to go to that part's home.
Each home has only its own screens. Families, gyms and messages are shared by both, and linked under the cards.
The links under the cards are only the ones your role opens. A coach, for example, is not offered the families list or the club record.
A club that runs one part, or somebody given only one, never sees this page. Signing in takes them straight to that part's home.
Problems reported
When somebody has used Report a problem and nobody has dealt with it yet, a note at the top says how many. Press it to read them.
Only the people who handle reports see the note.
More than one club
On the staff of two clubs? Working in shows which one this is. Pick the other and press Switch club.
Joining a new club from an invitation takes you straight to it.
When nothing is switched on
If the club has no part switched on, the page says so.
An owner or admin switches one on under Settings. Anybody else is asked to ask one of them.
Common questions
Why did I go straight past this page?
Your club runs one part, or you were given only one. Then signing in takes you straight to its home. This page only asks when there are two to choose from.
I'm a parent. Why do I land on my family?
Somebody who is not on a club's staff goes to Your family, with their children. Somebody with no club and no children is asked to set up a club.
Why don't I see the families list?
The links here are only the ones your role opens. Ask an owner or admin of the club if you need more.
