Report a problem
Tell the people who run your club that something is not working, from the link at the foot of any page.
Do this
- Press Report a problem at the foot of the page where it went wrong.
- With more than one club? Choose one under Which club is this about?
- Write What happened?, and what you were trying to do if you like.
- Press Send.
What is sent
What you wrote, the page you were on, your name and your device. You do not have to explain where you were.
The people who run the club are emailed straight away.
After sending
The form stays, with a note that it was sent, so you can report a second problem.
Back to where you were returns you to the page.
No club yet
If you are not with a club yet, there is nobody to send it to. Open the link your club sent you first.

The people who run the club. They are emailed straight away, and see it on the club's list of problems reported.
Do I need to say which page I was on?
No. The page you came from is sent with the report.
