Email

Choose which emails you get, set quiet hours, and turn on notifications on this phone or computer, for every club at once.

Do this

  1. For notifications on this device, press Turn on for this device.
  2. Tick or untick Bookings, Schedule changes, Progress and Your pack.
  3. Under Quiet hours, pick From and Until, or No quiet hours.
  4. Press Save.

Notifications on this device

A cancellation, a moved session, a place offered, a message from the club: on your lock screen as well as by email.

Turn it on here, on each phone or computer you use. Turn off on this device stops it there; email still comes.

On an iPhone or iPad, add the app to your home screen first (Share, then Add to Home Screen). Open it from there and turn notifications on.

If your browser blocks notifications, allow them in its settings and come back.

What we email you

  • Bookings: a spot confirmed, or a waitlist moving.
  • Schedule changes: a session cancelled or moved.
  • Progress: a coach moves your child up a level.
  • Your pack: sessions running low, or one used for a session your child missed.

Untick any you don't want.

On your phone

Where the club can send to phones, On your phone turns Schedule changes, Bookings and Messages on or off there, one by one.

Turning one off leaves its email as it is.

Quiet hours

Nothing that is not urgent is sent between From and Until. It waits until they end.

A cancellation inside 24 hours is sent anyway, because that is the one you need. Quiet hours apply to email and phone notifications alike.

Set both ends, or neither. They cannot start and end at the same hour.

The hours are in your club's own time zone, and the line under Quiet hours names it.

Every club

These choices are yours, not a club's. They apply at every club you belong to, and no club can switch them back on.

Common questions

Why did I get an email during quiet hours?

A session called off or moved inside 24 hours is sent anyway. Better that than a drive to a closed gym.

Can I set different emails for each club?

No. One set of choices applies at every club you belong to.
