Who can open it
Only the owner and an admin. It is the whole club's history, so other staff are not shown it.
What is recorded
Under What has changed, the last hundred changes that matter, newest first. Each shows when it happened and who did it, or system when the app did it itself.
It covers custody restrictions, guardians added and removed, levels given and taken back, sessions called off, details corrected, the waiver and the cancellation policy.
Nothing here can be edited or removed. That is the point: it answers "who did that, and when" months later.
Nothing recorded yet means a new club with no changes of that kind so far.
Common questions
Why can't a director see the club history?
It is the whole club's history, including custody and guardian changes. Only the owner and admins are shown it.
How do I get a copy of everything?
Press Export everything (JSON), or CSV for a spreadsheet. It is the club's whole record, at any time.
