Club settings

1. Under Names, change any name and press Save names.
2. Open Parts of the app the club uses, then under Areas and What this club uses switch off what the club does not use.
3. To add another gym or field, open More venues, fill in Add a venue and press Add venue.
4. If the club takes bookings, open Cancellation policy to change what happens when somebody cancels.
5. Owner only: Close this club is at the very bottom.

The owner and admins see the whole page. A director sees only Add a venue, because adding a venue is part of running the schedule.

Only the owner can close the club.

The line under the club's name shows your share link. It never changes, because it is on flyers and in parents' phones.

Export everything (JSON) and CSV download the club's whole record.

The time zone does not change either. Every session is stored as a moment in time, so changing the zone would move every one of them by hours. If yours is wrong, get in touch rather than working round it.

What the club, the place you use, and each Program are called on every screen and email. Change one and press Save names.

The place's label reads Where you train or Where you play, depending on what the club runs. Under it is the time zone its times are in.

Areas switches a whole part of the club on or off. Each part has its own home and screens, for whoever runs it.

Families, venues and messages are shared by both. Switching one off hides it; nothing is deleted. The last area on cannot be switched off.

Each part of the app, what it does, and a button to switch it off or back on.

Switching one off hides it and refuses changes to it. Nothing is deleted, the export still carries it, and switching it back on returns everything as it was.

Some parts need another switched on first, and the page says so if you try. The last thing switched on cannot be switched off.

Each part also says which plan it belongs to. Using one outside your plan is never blocked.

Teams covers seasons, divisions, teams and rosters. Games, Competitions and Compliance each need Teams on first.

Competitions runs a league for your own teams. Compliance checks rosters against your rules and prints official rosters and player cards.

Facilities is your spaces week by week, renting a space out, and how much each is used.

Public page is your own words, contact details and prices on the page your share link opens. Off, the share link still lists what is on.

Another gym or field you use. Type its Name and, if you like, Address (optional), then press Add venue.

Its times are in the club's time zone. Add its courts or rooms on Facilities.

Owner only, at the bottom of the page. Type the club's name and press Close this club in 90 days.

Every family is told once, with the date. Everything keeps working until then. Keep the club open stops it at any point.

On that date the schedule, the bookings, everything coaches recorded and the club record are deleted for good. Take an export first.

Children's own records survive, because they belong to their families.

An admin sees the closing date in a notice, but only the owner can stop it.
