Set the club's roster rules, and see at a glance which teams meet them and which have something missing.
Do this
- Under Your rules, type the Governing body if players need its membership.
- Tick Every player needs a membership valid to the season's end if they do.
- Tick each check every coach needs, then press Save rules.
- Under Teams, open any team that is not Ready.
Your rules
What every team is checked against: the Governing body, whether every player needs its membership, and which checks every coach needs.
Until you set them, nothing is required.
Everything must be valid to the last day of the season. A SafeSport course that runs out in week six shows as a problem now, while there is time to fix it.
Leave the governing body empty to check only the coaches. Coach checks are Background check, SafeSport training, First aid, CPR and Coaching licence.
Only the club's owner, admins and directors can change the rules. Managers see what they are.
Teams
Every team in a current season, with how many players it has.
Ready means nothing is missing. Otherwise it says how many things are missing. Open the team to see what.
Common questions
Why does a coach show as missing a check they have?
It may run out before the season ends, or it was never recorded. Coaches' checks are recorded on the Cover screen.
Who can see this?
The club's owner, admins, directors and managers. Only owners, admins and directors can change the rules or record memberships.
