Referees

1. Pick Referees each game needs and press Save.
2. Under Who supplies the referees, pick The club's own referees or A referee service, then press Save who supplies them.
3. Press Fill the empty spots, or pick a referee beside each game and press Set.
4. Under Paying the referees, type the fee and press Save the fee.
5. After the games, press Paid beside each referee you have paid.

None, one, two or three. None means the league does not arrange referees, and the rest of this page has nothing to fill.

The club's own referees are the people who offered on the club's page.

A referee service sends its own. Give its Service name and Its email for games, and press Save who supplies them.

With a service, press the button to send it the games. Every game still to come goes by email, with any new or moved since the last list marked. Send again after the schedule changes.

When the service says who it is sending, type the names beside each game and press Save.

Anybody can offer from the club's own page: a parent, a teenager, a regular. The address to share is shown here. It is one list for every league the club runs.

Beside each name: how to reach them, how many games they have, and the days they said they can't.

Referees say on their own page which days of the week they never can, and any dates they can't. Nobody puts them on a game on those days.

Take off the list removes somebody.

Each game with a spot for each referee it needs. Pick a name and press Set, or leave it on Nobody yet.

Fill the empty spots fills every empty spot at once: earliest game first, the referee with the fewest games first.

It never puts somebody on two games at the same time, on a game they declined, or on a day they said they can't. A spot nobody is free for is left empty and counted.

Each referee is emailed every game they are put on, and reminded the day before. One who presses I can't make it on their page leaves the spot empty, and is listed under Declined:.

Set what each referee is paid a game and press Save the fee. Every game not yet paid pays that.

The table shows what each referee is owed. Pay them your own way, cash or a check, then press Paid to keep the record.

With two or more referees a game, the head referee and The second referee can be paid differently. Leave the second empty to pay them the same.

This part shows only when the club supplies its own referees. Each referee sees what they are owed on their own page.
