When the club suggests someone
A club can suggest another adult for the record, with a note. Only the parent who holds the record answers: approve and invite them, or Decline.
A club can never add an adult itself.
Photos and video
Each club shows whether its coaches may attach a photo or video of your child to a skill.
Only the parent who holds the record can Give consent. Any parent on the record can Take consent back.
Who is on the record
Each adult, with their role and what they can do. An invitation not yet accepted shows as invited; Withdraw takes it back.
A restriction the club recorded can only be lifted by the club.
Only the parent who holds the record, the owner guardian, adds, removes and invites adults, and deletes the record. Everybody else on it sees the list.
Add someone
A co-guardian acts for your child, within what you tick: book, pay, see the ledger and edit details. A viewer only sees the schedule and progress, never money or medical details.
Use the address they sign in with. The invitation works only for that address.
A child of 13 or older can have their own sign-in as the player. They read and answer their coaches’ messages, and you see every one. If their date of birth is corrected to under 13, that sign-in ends.
If the app cannot send mail just then, the link is shown on the page for you to pass on.
Removing someone
Open Remove beside them, type their name to confirm, and press the button.
They stop seeing your child's schedule and progress, and they are told. You can invite them back at any time.
Deleting the record
At the bottom of the page. Everything goes: the skill history, bookings, attendance and levels.
Type your child's first name to confirm. Every club is told, and there are thirty days to change your mind. Keep the record stops it.
