Draft

1. Number each team's turn, or leave them all blank to draw the order at random.
2. Leave Snake ticked for every other round to run back, or untick it.
3. Press Start the draft. Each team's coaches open this page to pick on their turn.
4. When everyone is picked, press Finish the draft.

Instead of the builder suggesting teams, the coaches pick, in turns. A coach's own child goes to their team first, costing no pick.

Number each team's turn for the first round, or leave them blank for a random order. With snake on, the last pick of one round has the first of the next.

On the clock names the team whose turn it is, and which pick and round. Under Teams is each team's players so far, and under Waiting everyone still to pick.

The board catches up by itself every few seconds, so every phone shows the same picks.

A coach sees each player's name and grade, never your ratings. Each team shows how many it has of its roster size.

A team at its size passes its turn to the next. With every team full, nobody picks: raise a size on the season page, or finish and place the rest by hand.

On their team's turn, a head coach or assistant chooses from Players waiting and presses the pick button. A coach of no team in the division sees nothing to pick.

For whoever runs sign-ups. You may pick for any team, and Take back the last pick.

Finish the draft places every pick: families told, practices booked, the fee due. Anyone not picked stays waiting for the builder. Call it off places nobody.
