Evaluation
Score each player in a division from 1 to 5 at evaluation night, privately, to help balance the teams.
Do this
- Find each player by their evaluation number and name.
- Choose a score from 1 to 5, and add a note if you like.
- Press Save beside each one.
- Check the count at the top to see how many you have scored.
The sheet
Every child signed up for the division, by number and name, with their grade. Choose a score from 1 — new to it to 5 — one of the best and press Save.
Only you see your scores. The club sees each player's average.
The numbers come from the sign-up list, where whoever runs sign-ups gives the division its evaluation numbers, for the bibs.
Any coach or assistant can open the sheet from the season page. Nobody else's scores are shown, and nor are the parent's rating or any requests.
How the scores are used
On the sign-ups page, the Evaluation column shows each child's average, and how many scores it is from.
The suggested teams and the draft use the club's own rating first, then the evaluation, then the parent's.
Common questions
Can other coaches see my scores?
No. Each evaluator sees only their own. The club sees each player's average.
Why is the sheet empty?
Nobody has signed up for this division yet.
