Who is free when
See which coaches are free on a day, and check who could take a particular time.
Do this
- Pick a day along the top.
- Read each coach's row: green is when they can work, red is away, solid is a session they are on.
- To ask about a time, fill in Day, Starts and Minutes under Check a time.
- Press Who could take it?
- To set a coach's hours for them, press Hours beside their name.
The day
The top row is the club's sessions. A dashed one has nobody on it, or is on the board. Below it, a row for each coach.
A coach who has said nothing is taken as free. Once they say when they can work, anything outside it counts against them.
Coaches enter their hours on My hours: every week, or on one day. Both show here, and a one-off day wins over a weekly hour.
Check a time
Give a day, a start and a length. The answer lists who is Free and who is Not free, and why: outside their hours, away, or on another session at that time.
The time is marked down every row.
Common questions
Why is this empty for my club?
This screen needs Coach pay and cover switched on, because that is where coaches keep their hours.
Can I enter hours for a coach?
Yes, if you are an owner, admin, director or manager. Press Hours beside the coach. Each coach can also enter their own under My hours.
