Describe your program

Describe your weekly sessions in a sentence or two, check what was heard, and add them to the schedule.

Do this

  1. Type your program into Your program, or press one of the examples under Try an example.
  2. Not sure what to say? Press a button under the box, such as Where, to add the start of a sentence.
  3. Press Read my description.
  4. Check each line under Here’s what we heard. Fill in the ones that opened by themselves, and press Adjust on any that is off.
  5. Untick Include this session for any you do not want.
  6. Press Add these sessions.

Your program

The days, the times, where it is, and how many spots, the way you would tell a parent.

What you type is read by Claude, an AI, to fill in the form below. It is not stored with the club, and nothing is added until you check it.

The buttons under the box, such as Club name, Where and How long, each add the start of a sentence for you to finish.

Coaches and prices are set up after this, so you can leave them out.

One description sets up up to 12 weekly sessions, and the note under the box says so. For more, describe the rest again afterwards.

Here’s what we heard

One line for each session it found, such as "Tuesday · 6:00 PM · 60 minutes · 12 spots". A line your words filled in completely stays closed.

A line your words left something out of opens by itself and says what was missing. Fill it in and press Done, and the note goes. Press Adjust on any other line to change it.

In a session, change the Day, Starts, Minutes and Spots. Lowest level and Highest level keep a session to children at those levels.

Leave Spots blank for no limit. A session runs from 15 minutes to 8 hours.

The AI only fills in what your words state. If it is unsure, it leaves the field empty rather than guess.

Season dates

If your words gave the program's first or last day ("starting January 12", "through March 30"), they are filled in under Season dates. Both are optional.

With a Last day, no session is made after it. With a First day, none is made before it. With neither, the sessions repeat every week from the next one, with no end.

A date is filled in only when your words state that month and day. A date with no year means the next one that has not passed. If the AI gave a date your words did not support, it is left blank and listed under Not set up from your description.

Holidays and weeks off are not set up from here. Cancel that week's session on Schedule.

Not set up from your description

Some things a description can mention are set up elsewhere. They are listed here so nothing you said is lost.

Prices are set under Packs, coaches are invited under Staff, and each child is added under Families. A holiday or a week off is cancelled on Schedule.

Prices are not set up from a description on purpose: whether "$15" is a drop-in, a pack or a season changes how families are charged, so you choose that under Packs. A coach you name is not added either: a coach joins by accepting an invitation to their own email, and a stand-in with no email could never become them.

What happens next

Each session you kept goes on the Schedule for the next eight weeks, with you as its coach, or up to your Last day. A new week is added as each one passes.

Change a session, or who is coaching it, from Schedule at any time.

Common questions

Does the AI change anything by itself?

No. It only fills in the form. You check every line, and nothing is added until you press Add these sessions.

Why is a field blank?

Your words did not say it, and a guess could set up a session wrongly. Fill it in, or change it later on Schedule.

Will it set up my prices or name my coaches?

No. It lists them under Not set up from your description and says where each is done: prices under Packs, coaches under Staff. Both involve money or an invitation, so you do them yourself.

Can I describe more sessions later?

Yes. Come back here as often as you like. Each time you check what was heard first.
