Start here: coaching

For coaches: joining the club, a session or practice from arriving to handing over, and talking to families.

Do this

  1. Open the invitation the club emailed you, and sign in with that same address.
  2. Press the button to join. You land on your club's home.
  3. Coach at two clubs? Switch club moves between them.
  4. Take the register by tapping each child's name as they arrive.
  5. Write to a family from a session or a team. Every message is kept.

Joining the club

Open the invitation the club emailed you, and sign in with the address it was sent to. Press the button to join, and you land on your club's home.

If you coach at two clubs, Switch club on the club's front page moves between them.

A training session

Open Today and tap the session. Tap each child's name as they arrive; tap again to undo. For a booked child who is not there, mark Late cancel or No-show.

Record skills on the chips: Emerging, On own, Consistent. Only checked-in children can be rated, and only coaches rate.

An assistant takes the register but does not record skills.

No signal? Keep tapping. It saves on the phone and sends itself when the signal is back. If any taps could not be saved, the screen says how many and why.

At the end, Ready to move up lists anybody ready for their next level. Move up gives it to them.

When you cannot make a session

Open the session and choose I cannot work this one, then Put it on the board. It stays yours until somebody takes it.

To take somebody else's, open Open sessions and press Take it.

Talking to families

Every message about a child goes to that child's parents, and to the child too if they are 13 or older with their own sign-in. Every one is kept.

There are no group chats and no private chats. You need a current background screen on file to write.

Writing from a session

From a session, Write to a family starts a conversation with one child's family.
