Your conversations
Each line is one conversation about one child: its subject, the child, and when somebody last wrote. The newest is at the top.
No conversations yet means nobody has written about a child you may see.
Whose conversations you see
Whoever runs the club sees every child's. A coach or assistant sees the conversations about the children they coach.
The front desk does not write to families, so has none here.
Starting a conversation
The owner, an admin and a manager start one from the child's record under Families, with Write to the family.
A coach starts one from their own children, which this page tells them how to reach.
Starting one as a coach
Open a session from your schedule and choose Write to a family.
How it stays safe
Every conversation is about one child, between the club and that child's family. The child's parents always see every word.
A coach or assistant needs a current background check on file to write to families. A family that asked not to be contacted electronically cannot be written to.
Nothing written can be changed or deleted afterwards.
An adult under a custody restriction cannot see or join the conversation.
Common questions
Why can't a coach send a message?
A coach or assistant needs a current background check recorded on Staff or Cover first. Ask whoever runs the club to record it.
Can I write to several families at once?
No. Every conversation is about one child and goes to that child's family, so nothing reaches the wrong family.
Can a message be deleted?
No. Messages are kept as written, so the record of what was said is always complete.
