Who can open it
Only the owner and admins.
The waiver in force
Its version number and its full wording, word for word as families agree to it.
With none published, nothing is blocked. Families simply have nothing on file.
Writing and publishing
A club with no waiver sees starter wording in the box, marked as a template and not legal advice. Nothing is on record until you press Publish it, and a confirmation appears at the top.
Type a Heading and The wording, then publish. A copy of the wording is kept with every signature.
Publishing new wording asks every family to sign again, so even a typo fix does. Saving identical text changes nothing.
Families are asked to agree on their child's page.
Read the starter wording line by line, change what does not fit, and have your own lawyer or insurer look it over before you publish.
Not on file
Each child without a current signature, and why: never signed, signed an older version, or signed more than a year ago.
They can still book and play. A waiver records agreement; it does not block anything.
Common questions
Will fixing a typo make everyone sign again?
Yes. Any change to the wording is a new version, and every family is asked again. Saving the same text changes nothing.
Does an unsigned waiver stop a child booking?
No. A waiver records agreement. Not on file shows who has not signed.
