My pay
What the club owes you for each session you coached, how it was worked out, and what has been paid.
Do this
- Check your rate in the first line.
- Read what is outstanding, and what has been paid so far.
- Check each session's line: what you worked, the rate and the amount.
- If sessions are listed under Not costed, ask the club to set your rate.
Your rate
The first line says what you are paid: a set amount a session, an amount an hour, or an amount an athlete.
Nobody has set a rate for you yet means none of your sessions have been worked out. Ask the club.
Rates are set by the club's owner or admins under Payroll. A new rate from a date leaves earlier sessions at the old one.
Outstanding and paid
Outstanding is everything still owed: lines waiting on the club, and lines the club has approved. Paid so far is what the club has marked paid.
Each session
One line for each session you coached: when it was, the minutes you worked, your rate and the amount. A per-athlete rate also shows how many children were checked in.
The last column is where it stands: waiting on the club, approved, paid or voided. A note from the club shows beneath.
A session is worked out the morning after it runs, once its register has been taken. A session with no register taken produces nothing until somebody takes one.
An hourly rate is worked out from the session's length.
Nothing here pays you
This screen is a record. The app does not move money.
The club pays you the way it always has, and marks the line paid when it does.
Not costed
Sessions you coached when there was no rate on file for you, so nothing was worked out.
As soon as the club sets a rate that covers them, they are worked out at it and move up into the list.
Common questions
Why is a session I coached missing?
It is worked out the morning after, once the register is taken. A session with no register yet produces nothing. If there was no rate for you then, it is under Not costed.
Who approves and pays the lines?
The club's owner and admins, under Payroll. They pay you their own way and mark each line when they do.
