My hours

Say when you can work or are away, every week or on one day, and see it on a calendar with the club's sessions.

Do this

  1. Under Every week, tick the Days, pick Which, and set From and Until.
  2. Press Add to every week.
  3. For one day, fill in Date under Add a day or time, and the times if it is not the whole day.
  4. Press Add it.
  5. Look at Your week: the times marked Needs a coach are ones the club is asking for.

Saying nothing

Leaving this screen empty does not mean you are unavailable. It means you have not said, and the club can put you on anything.

If the club caps your hours, a line says how many a week.

Every week

Hours that repeat, said once. Tick the Days, say I can work or I am away, and set From and Until.

Days with the same hours show as one line. Remove takes the whole line away.

If a planner sets or removes weekly hours for you, you are emailed what changed. Your own changes send nothing.

Times are the club's own clock, so 4 pm stays 4 pm when the clocks change. A weekly hour ends the day it starts.

Once you add even one I can work time, any session outside your times counts against you. So add every time you can work, or none.

One-off days and times

A particular day, like the 10th from 2 to 6 pm. Leave From and Until blank for the whole day. Fill in Last day for several days in a row.

These win over your weekly hours, so an away day beats a weekly can work.

I am away

The club sees a warning if it puts you on a session then. You cannot take one from Open sessions in that time.

You cannot mark yourself away over a session you are already on, weekly or one-off. The screen names those sessions: put them on the board first.

Your week

Your hours and the club's sessions for the week, one column a day. Green is when you can work and red is when you are away.

Needs a coach is a session with nobody on it, or on the board. Use Earlier and Later to move through the weeks.

Sessions show their time and name, never who is booked. Yours are filled in, so you can see where your hours and your sessions meet.

Common questions

Why was my time away refused?

You are on sessions in that time. The message names them. Put each one on the board from its session, with I cannot work this one, then mark yourself away.

Do I have to fill this in?

No. Saying nothing means you are available. Use it when you want the club to know a time you can or cannot work.

Why can I not take a session on the board?

It may be outside the times you said you can work. Add an I can work time that covers it, or remove the ones you have.

My hours change one week. What do I do?

Leave your weekly hours as they are and add that day under One-off days and times. It wins for that day only.
