Training home
The club's front page for sessions: what is left to set up, the next sessions on the schedule, and the way to every other screen.
Do this
- On Get your club running, press the button under Next to do the step it names. Each step's How opens the guide for it.
- Send families Your share link, shown under the club's name, so they can find the club and book.
- Open a session under Next sessions to see it on the schedule, or to take its register if you coach it.
- Use the links along the top for Schedule, Today, Requests and the club's other screens.
The top of the page
The club's name, and the area you are in. If you also work in the club's other area, a link switches to it.
Your share link is the address families use to find the club, sign up and book. Nothing is sent for you: share it yourself.
Work at more than one club? Working in and Switch club move between them.
When somebody has reported a problem and nobody has looked at it yet, a problems reported card opens the list.
The links
The row of links is built from your role and what the club has switched on. A screen the club has switched off is not listed.
Whoever runs the club sees Schedule, Today, Requests and the club's settings. A coach sees Today, Messages, Requests and, when the club uses coach cover, Open sessions and My pay. The front desk works from Families.
Families is there for owners, admins, managers and the front desk. Club admin is for whoever has something to set up: the owner and admins see all of it.
What we email you, Your calendar and Help are there for everybody.
Get your club running
Seven steps from a new club to a running one. The card leads with the one step to do Next, a button straight to its form, and Then the two after it.
Press See all the steps to see every step. Each ticks itself as soon as it is really done. A step that needs another first says so, like "First: weekly sessions."
Only owners and admins see it. Hide tucks it away and Show it brings it back. Once every step is done, it goes for good.
What ticks each step:
- Set up your weekly sessions: a weekly session. A one-off session does not count.
- Get families in: any child on the club's books.
- Put children on their sessions: any child booked on a session.
- Check your cancellation policy: the policy saved once, even unchanged.
- Publish your waiver: a published waiver.
- Invite your coaches: somebody else has joined, or you pressed It’s just me. An invitation alone does not count.
Notes about your plan and payments
Scheduling only, for now. shows until the club takes payments online. Everything else works.
When a family pays at the desk, put the sessions on their pack from their child's page under Families. The switch on payments link starts taking payments.
A line may also say a screen you use belongs to a bigger plan. Nothing is stopped; it only says what you would be paying for.
Next sessions
The next eight sessions on the schedule, soonest first. Called-off sessions are left out.
Each shows its time, its spots and any level it needs.
If you plan the schedule, a name opens that session on Schedule. Otherwise it opens the session's register.
A demo club
A club started from the try-it page shows Your demo, step by step at the top. It links to the schedule, the children, a coach's day and the placement assessments.
Add sample children and coaches fills in a demo that is empty. Keep it — it’s free → makes it your club. A demo is erased in 72 hours unless you keep it.
Common questions
Why has the setup checklist gone?
Either every step is done, or somebody pressed Hide. A hidden checklist leaves the line Setup checklist hidden. with Show it to bring it back. Only owners and admins see it at all.
I added a session but the sessions step is not ticked. Why?
The step ticks for a weekly session. A one-off session, like a make-up, does not count. Use Add a weekly session on Schedule for something you run every week.
Why can I not see the Families link?
Families is for owners, admins, managers and the front desk. Ask the club's owner if your job needs it.
