A coach's hours
Set a coach's weekly hours and one-off days for them, and see their week on a calendar.
Do this
- Under Every week, tick the Days, pick Which, and set From and Until.
- Press Add to every week.
- For one day, fill in Date under Add a day or time, then press Add it.
- Check Their week.
Who can set a coach's hours
An owner, admin, director or manager. A coach cannot open this page for somebody else: they enter their own under My hours.
What you enter is what the coach sees there, and they can change it. When you set or remove their weekly hours, the coach is emailed what changed. One-off days send no email.
How it counts
A coach who has said nothing is taken as free. Once they have a Can work time, a session outside it counts against them, and Away beats everything.
Setting somebody Away over a session they are on is refused, and the message names it.
A one-off day wins over a weekly hour, so an away day beats a weekly can work. Hours are the club's own clock.
Common questions
The coach never opens the app. Is that a problem?
No. Enter their usual hours here, and the club plans around them. They can add one-off changes themselves later.
Does the coach see what I enter?
Yes. It shows under My hours, the same as if they had entered it. For weekly hours they are also emailed what you set or removed.
