What an assessment is
A session for a child nobody has seen play. It has no level gate, so any child can book it.
Skills are recorded the same way as at any session, from Today.
What it adds is a decision at the end, on its own page, which gives each child their starting level.
Upcoming assessments
Every assessment still to come, with its time and places. Its name opens its page, where each child is placed.
None scheduled. means there are none ahead.
Waiting for a decision
An assessment that has started moves here, with how many children are still to place. Its name opens its page.
It stays until every child booked on it is decided. The ones still ahead are then under Coming up.
Put one on
Pick its Program, its Date and when it Starts. It runs 45 minutes for 6 places unless you change Minutes and Places.
It is named "Placement assessment" on the schedule. Whoever adds it coaches it, until that is changed on Schedule.
An assessment cannot go in a space or a time that is already taken or closed. The message says what is in the way.
It is a session like any other, so it also shows on Schedule, where you can add coaches or call it off.
