Your sign-in code

The second step when you sign in: type the code your authenticator app shows now.

Do this

  1. Open your authenticator app.
  2. If you have more than one, choose it under Which app.
  3. Type The 6-digit code the app shows, and press Continue.

The code

Type the code the app shows now. It changes every 30 seconds, so a code that does not match has usually just changed.

You then go on to the page you were heading for.

Lost your phone

Press Report a problem. The app is removed from your account once it is known to be you.

Common questions

Why am I asked for a code?

Your account has two-step sign-in on. The code proves it is you, even if somebody got into your email.

I have two apps. Which do I use?

Either. Choose it under Which app, then type its code.
