Close your account
Close your account at once: what it removes, what has to happen first, and the email you type to confirm.
Do this
- From Sign-in security, open the link to close your account.
- Read what it does. Deal with anything listed under First.
- Type the email address you sign in with.
- Press Close my account.
What closing does
At once:
- you come off every club's staff, and off every coming session you were to coach;
- you come off every child's record you are on but do not hold;
- your name, email and phone are removed.
Clubs keep the record of what happened, with your name shown as "Removed".
It cannot be undone
Signing in here again later starts a new, empty account. Your sign-in for the rest of the site is not touched.
First
What still has to happen, if anything:
- the only owner of a club makes somebody else an owner, or closes the club;
- a parent holding a child's record asks for it to be deleted first;
- a restriction a club recorded keeps the account until the club lifts it.
Common questions
Can I undo it?
No. Signing in again later starts a new, empty account.
What happens to bookings I made?
Clubs keep the record of what happened, like who booked and who checked in. Your name is shown as "Removed".
