Keep your demo club
Turn a demo club into your own: confirm an email address, accept the terms, and keep everything you set up.
Do this
- Type Your name and Your email, then press Send me the link.
- Open the link in that email. It brings you back to this page.
- Read the Program Director Terms and tick the box to accept them.
- Press Keep my club. You land on the club's home.
Your address
We send a link to confirm the address. There is no password. Until you open the link nothing changes, and the demo stays as it is.
If the address already has an account, sign in with it instead. Your demo stays here until it is erased.
Keep my club
Once the address is confirmed, the page says who you are signed in as. Accept the Program Director Terms, then press Keep my club.
Only the club's owner can keep it, and a club can be kept once.
What stays and what goes
Your season, its age groups, places, game and practice times, sign-ups, fee, teams and schedule all stay. The sample families go, because they were never real.
From then on the club sends email and can take payments like any other. Rename it under Settings.
Nothing to keep
If the page says Nothing to keep, the demo was kept already or it was erased. Go to your clubs opens the clubs you belong to.
Common questions
Is there a password?
No. The link in the email confirms the address and signs you in.
What happens to the sample families?
They go when you keep the club. They were invented, so nothing real is lost.
Can I change the club's name?
Yes. Once it is kept, rename it under Settings.
