Team compliance

1. Read what is missing under each player and coach.
2. Beside a player, type the Member number and Valid through date, then press Record.
3. Record coaches' checks on the Cover screen.
4. Print the Official roster and send it.
5. Press Record this roster as sent, with the body's reference if there is one.

At the top, Ready means everything your rules ask for is recorded. Otherwise it says what is missing below, checked against the season's last day.

The links at the top open the Official roster, the Player cards, and Download CSV.

Every player who has accepted a place, with their date of birth and member number.

Type the Member number and Valid through date as you checked them, and press Record. Update changes one, and Take off removes it.

A player outside the division's ages or grades is flagged, in case they are playing up or are in the wrong division.

Guest players are not on the official roster: they are borrowed from another team.

The membership boxes show only when your rules name a governing body, and only to owners, admins and directors.

Every coach on the team, with their role and the checks your rules ask for.

Every time the roster was recorded as sent, with how many players and staff, and the body's reference.

Record this roster as sent keeps the roster exactly as it was then.

If a player joins or leaves afterwards, this part says who. The governing body still has the old roster, so send it again.

When your rules name no governing body, the heading is Roster sent, for a roster sent to anybody else.

Why is there nowhere to type a member number?
