The seasons
Each season shows its dates and its stage: Planning, Tryouts and offers, In season or Closed. Open a season to change its stage.
Describe a season
Describe a season and we’ll set it up does it all at once: the season, its age groups, courts, game times and sign-ups. You check what was heard before anything is made.
New season
Ages sorted by decides which division a child fits: Age on a date, Year of birth or School grade. For Age on a date, give the day in Age counted on.
Copy divisions and teams from brings an earlier season's divisions and team names across. Its rosters never come with them.
A copy moves birth years on, so last year's U10 born 2016–17 becomes this year's U10 born 2017–18. Team roster sizes, the games each team plays, game length and the most players on a team carry on too. Days with no games do not, because holidays move.
Leave it on Nothing — start empty for a season with no divisions yet. Grades are judged as they will be at the season's start.
Common questions
Does copying a season copy the players?
No. A copy brings divisions and team names, never rosters. Every season builds its teams again from its own sign-ups.
Why can't I see New season?
Only owners, admins and directors make seasons. Other staff see the list.
