Player cards
Print a card for each player on the team for the referee's table, with a code that shows the card as it stands today.
Do this
- Check each card: name, date of birth and member number.
- Print the page.
- Cut the cards out and take them to the game.
What is on a card
The player's name, date of birth, member number and how long it is valid. Then the team, the club and the season.
There is no photo. Nothing here stores one.
The code on each card
Scanned, the code shows the player's card as it stands today. It opens only for somebody signed in who may see it: the club's staff, the child's coaches, or the family.
Anybody else gets the sign-in page and nothing about the child.
Common questions
A card says no number recorded. What do I do?
Record the member number on the team's compliance page, then print the cards again.
Can a referee scan the code?
Only if they are signed in as somebody who may see the child. A stranger scanning it sees the sign-in page and nothing more.
