Official roster
The team's official roster to print or save as a PDF and send to the governing body.
Do this
- Check the season, the dates and the governing body at the top.
- Check each player's date of birth and member number.
- Print the page, or save it as a PDF, and send it.
- Back on the team's page, press Record this roster as sent.
Players
Every player who has accepted a place, with their Date of birth, Member number and Valid through date. A membership with no end date reads no expiry.
Staff
Every coach on the team with their Role and their Checks, each with its end date.
At the foot, a line says whether everything is valid to the end of the season.
This page carries children's dates of birth, so only the club's owner, admins, directors and managers can open it.
Common questions
Why is a player missing?
Only players who have accepted their place are listed. Guest players are borrowed, so they are not on the official roster.
Does printing it record that it was sent?
No. Press Record this roster as sent on the team's page. That keeps a copy, so you can see later if the roster changed.
