What you sell
Set up the packs of sessions families can buy online, and stop selling the ones you no longer offer.
Do this
- Under Add a pack, type a Name, the number of Sessions, and the Price of the whole pack.
- Press Add it.
- To stop selling one, press its Stop selling button under On sale.
- Not taking payments yet? Press switch on payments first.
Who can open it
The owner, an admin and a manager. Families can buy packs only once the club takes payments online; until then, you can still set them up.
What a pack is
A number of sessions for one child. A family buys one, it goes on the child's balance straight away, and a booking uses one session.
Packs never expire.
On sale
The packs families can buy online, each with its sessions, price and price per session.
Stop selling takes one off sale. Packs already bought are not touched.
Add a pack
A Name, how many Sessions, and the Price of the whole pack. Press Add it.
The price per session is what a refund is worked out at. From $57, families can also pay by bank, which costs the club much less than a card.
Changing what you sell never changes a pack somebody has already bought.
For cash at the desk, a make-up or a trial, put sessions on from the child's record under Families instead.
Common questions
Why can't families buy my packs?
The club does not take payments online yet. The owner switches that on from Payments.
Does stopping a pack affect families who bought it?
No. It only comes off sale. Packs already bought keep every session.
