Messages
Your conversations with your child's coaches, at each of their clubs, and starting a new one.
Do this
- From your child's card, press Messages.
- Open a conversation by its subject to read it and reply.
- To start one, open the line to write to the coaches at that club.
- Give it a Subject and a Message, and press the button to send it.
Who sees a conversation
It is between you and your child's coaches. Everybody on a conversation sees all of it, including your child's other parent or guardian.
There are no private chats, and never a chat with another family.
One part per club
Each of your child's clubs has its own heading, its own conversations, and its own line to write to its coaches.
When you can't write
A viewer sees no conversations. They are between the coaches and the parents.
If messaging is switched off for your child at a club, the page says so. Speak to the coaches in person.
A child of 13 or older with their own sign-in reads and answers their coaches' messages too, and you see every one.
Common questions
Can I message another parent here?
No. Conversations are only between a child's family and that child's coaches.
Why can't I see any conversations?
A viewer is not shown them. If you should be a co-guardian, ask the parent who holds the record.
