Level card

Your child's card: their progress, medical notes, the club's waiver, and the way to their teams, messages and the people on the record.

Do this

  1. Open it from Your family: press your child's name.
  2. Fill in Medical and allergies, and press Save medical notes.
  3. If the club asks, read its waiver, tick the box and press Agree.
  4. Use the links at the bottom: Messages, Teams and Who can see this.

Level and what's left

Your child's level, and the one they are working towards, with how many skills they already do every time.

What’s left lists the skills still to do, each with how far along it is. Already there lists what they do every time.

Each skill is in one of four states: not yet worked on; starting to get it, with help; does it without help; does it every time, under pressure.

A child not yet assessed gets a level at their first few sessions. "Ready for the coach to review" means the coach checks and moves them up.

There is no score, no streak and no comparison with other children.

From the coach

The coach's own words about a skill, with who wrote it and when.

Sessions that work on these lists coming sessions that work on what is left. Press one to book it.

Medical and allergies

In your own words, what the coaches need to know: an allergy, a condition, where the inhaler is. Press Save medical notes.

Your child's coaches read it, and so do the club's owners, admins, directors and managers. A viewer, the front desk, an assistant coach and a teenager's own sign-in never do.

The parent who holds the record writes it, and a co-guardian allowed to edit details. Another co-guardian reads it.

The club's waiver

If the club has a waiver, its full wording is here. Tick the box and press Agree to sign it for your child.

It asks; it does not block. Your child can book either way.

It asks again when the club changes the wording, or a year after you agreed. The page says which.

Only an adult who books for the child can agree.

Record of changes

Your family's own history of the record: who was added or removed, and what changed, with when and who.

Your teenager's own view

A child of 13 or older with their own sign-in sees the same card, addressed to them, and a link to their messages.

They do not see the medical notes, the waiver, the record of changes or who else can see it.

Common questions

Who reads the medical notes?

You, any co-guardian, your child's coaches, and the club's owners, admins, directors and managers. Never a viewer, the front desk, an assistant coach or your child's own sign-in.

Must I sign the waiver for my child to book?

No. The club asks every family to agree to it, but your child can book either way.

Where do I correct my child's name or date of birth?

Press Who can see this, then open Correct these details.
