Who can use this page
The owner, an admin, a director, a manager and the front desk can open it. The front desk can look but not change anything.
It is there while Facilities is switched on in the club's settings. Double-booking and closures work whether or not it is.
The week, space by space
One card per space, with everything in it this week, in time order. Session, Rented, Closed and Held say what each is.
No space set collects sessions at a venue that have not been given a space yet. Free all week means nothing is booked there.
With more than one venue, each card also names its venue.
Closures
Closures, linked at the top, is where you shut a venue or one space for a holiday or repairs.
Held times
Held is a court a league game is using. The game holds the court from the moment it is given it, so nothing else can go there then.
Opening a session
A session on a card has an open link to it on the schedule, where its space, coach and bookings are changed.
Closures
Closures, linked at the top, is where you shut a venue or one court for a holiday or repairs. Weekly practices are not made inside one.
Opening a practice
A practice on a card has an open link to it under Practices. There its time, court and coach are changed, or it is called off.
Spaces
A space is a court, a room, a lane: anything that holds one thing at a time. Each venue lists its spaces.
To add one, type it in New space and press Add space. With more than one venue, pick which under At first.
Putting anything in a space where something already is, is refused. For a weekly series, every week is checked before any of it moves.
Add another venue from the club's settings, under Add a venue. Then add its spaces here.
Rent a space out
Pick the Space, the Day, From and Until, and Who is renting it. Their email, Their phone and Price are optional. Press Book it.
It takes the space like a session, so nothing else can go there then. A renter with an email is sent a confirmation.
The app moves no money for rentals. The renter pays however you agreed, and you mark them paid.
A renter with an email is also told if the rental is cancelled, or if a closure is put over it.
Rentals ahead and unpaid rentals
Rentals ahead lists the next six months of rentals, with who, where, when and the price.
Press the mark-paid button when the money arrives, or the cancel button to call one off. A past rental still owed moves to Unpaid rentals, so its mark-paid button stays to hand.
Use over the last four weeks
For each space, how many hours went to sessions, rentals and being closed. Rental income is what rentals charged, with how much is still owed.
Hours rather than a percentage, because a percentage needs opening hours nobody has entered.
