An invitation
Accept an invitation to a child's record, as a co-guardian, a viewer or the player.
Do this
- Open the invitation link in the email.
- Sign in with the address the invitation was sent to.
- Read what you would be, and press the button to join the child's record.
- Press the button to see the child's record.
What you would be
The page says who added you, and what you would be.
- A co-guardian acts for the child, within what they were given.
- A viewer sees the schedule and progress, never money or medical details.
- The player sees their own schedule, and reads and answers their coaches' messages.
Your access is your own. You sign in as yourself, and either of you can change it later.
Joining is a button, never just opening the link, so an email scanner can never join a record for you.
Signed in with another address
The invitation works only for the address it was sent to.
Signed in with another? Sign out, open the link again, and sign in with that address. Or ask for an invitation to the one you use.
Used or expired
Links work once and last two weeks. That link has expired means asking whoever sent it to send another.
If it was used already, and not by you, ask the person who sent it.
Common questions
Why must I sign in first?
So a forwarded email cannot put somebody else on a child's record. Signing in proves you read the mailbox it was sent to.
Can my access be changed later?
Yes. Either you or the parent who invited you can change it later.
