Buy sessions

1. On the booking page, press Buy sessions.
2. Under Pick a pack, choose one.
3. Tick Top up automatically if it should be bought again at 2 sessions left.
4. Press Continue to payment, and pay on the Stripe page.
5. Back here, the sessions go on your child's balance once the payment goes through.

The top line is what is left on your child's pack at this club. Packs never expire.

The packs the club sells, each with what it comes to a session.

You pay the club directly, on a secure Stripe page. Your card details never reach the app.

Packs of $57 or more can also be paid straight from your bank account, which costs the club much less.

A bank payment takes about four business days to clear. The sessions go on when it does, and you can book in the meantime.

At 2 sessions left, the same pack is bought again on the card or bank account you pay with now.

A card at the top says whether it is on, off or paused. Switch automatic top-up off stops it.

If a top-up does not go through, it pauses, says why, and you are emailed. Switch automatic top-up on starts it again.

Thank you — payment received. shows when you come back. A card payment goes on within a minute: refresh if the balance has not changed yet.

Left the Stripe page without paying? Nothing was charged.

If the club does not take payments online yet, pay at the desk and they put the sessions on for you.

If it lists no packs to buy online, ask at the desk.
