Book a session

See your child's sessions at this club, book one, join a waitlist, ask for a spot, cancel, and pay what is owed.

Do this

  1. More than one child? Press the name of the child you are booking for, at the top.
  2. Press Book on the session you want.
  3. Full? Press Join the waitlist. Greyed? Read the reason, and press Request a spot to ask the coach.
  4. Offered a place from the waitlist? Press Take the spot before the time shown.
  5. Can't go? Press Cancel, read what it costs, then press Yes, cancel it.

A record waiting for you

Did the club already add your child under your email? This page sends you to confirm the record first. Then it brings you back here.

You confirm the Date of birth and tick the consent box, the same as on the club's join page. With no record waiting, it says you have no child here yet and offers Add your child.

While it is working

Pressing Book, Request a spot, Take the spot or Cancel can take several seconds. The button changes to say what it is doing, such as Booking…, and a line under it says so. After a few seconds it says it is still working.

You do not need to press again. When it is done, a message at the top says what happened and the list updates.

Sessions left

The sessions left on your child's pack at this club. Booking uses one.

You can still book with none left. The next sessions you buy, or the club puts on, pay for it.

Buy sessions is beside it when the club sells packs online.

Only an adult who may see the child's money sees the balance. A viewer, or a teenager with their own sign-in, does not.

The club's cancellation rule is written under the balance, so you know it before you book.

Greyed sessions

Sessions your child cannot join yet are shown with the reason, not hidden. It might be their level, age or grade, an invitation-only session, or a team's own practice.

Request a spot sends it to the coach, with your child's level card beside it. You are emailed what they decide.

The coach can let your child in, say no with a reason, or suggest a placement assessment, which gives your child a starting level.

Some reasons are only advice, like being below the usual level. Those sessions can still be booked.

A session that is Full with no waitlist cannot be asked for.

Full sessions and the waitlist

Join the waitlist puts your child in line, and shows their number.

When a place comes free you are emailed, and it is held for a few hours. Press Take the spot before the time shown, or No thanks — pass it on.

Leave the waitlist takes you off.

Cancelling

Press Cancel on a booked session. It tells you first whether the session comes back onto your pack under the club's rule, and any fee.

Press Yes, cancel it, or Keep it. A session cannot be cancelled once it has started.

If the club calls a session off, you are emailed and the session always comes back. If the club moves it and you cannot make the new time, cancelling gives it back too.

Fees owed

A late-cancellation or no-show fee shows in a card at the top, with its session.

Press its Pay button when the club takes payments online. Otherwise it reads To pay at the desk. A payment already on its way says so, so nobody pays twice.

Later sessions

The list shows the next forty sessions. Press Show later sessions to see every one in the next eight weeks.

Add another child is at the bottom.

How long is a waitlist place held?
