Club admin
Find a screen by its group, or type a word to narrow the cards.
Do this
- Open Club admin from the top bar.
- Pick the group: People, Money, Your club or Look back.
- Press a card's name to open that screen.
- Or type a word in Find a setting to narrow the cards.
The four groups
People is staff and coaches. Money is payments, what you sell, payroll and profit and loss. Your club is the club's settings, waiver and public page. Look back is problems reported, reports and the history.
Who sees which card
The owner and admins see them all. Everyone else sees only the cards they may open, so a card you are shown always opens. A coach has no Club admin.
A card for a part of the app the club has switched off is not shown.
Find a setting
Type a word in Find a setting and the cards narrow as you type. Clear the box to see them all again.
What is not here
Today, Schedule, Families, Messages and Cover stay in the top bar, because you work in them every day. Club admin is what you set up once and come back to now and then.
Common questions
Why can't I see a card I expected?
Cards you may not open are left out, and so are cards for parts of the app the club has switched off. Ask the owner, or look under Club settings.
Where did the club's history go?
It has its own card, History, under Look back.
